Once you have set up your parent's evening booking form you can then send parents an email to let them know that they can now log in and start booking appointments within the booking form.

Before parents can login to start booking appointments they need to have an account created.

To send parents an email informing that them they can access the booking form simply click on the booking form you are notifying parents is live and then click on the 'Send Email' button.

You will then see a pop-up window which has some default wording that will sent to parents inclusing
