Taking a screenshot

There may be times when you are asked to take a screenshot of your computer in order to help us identify and resolve support issues that you may experience.

To take a screenshot of the entire desktop just press the ‘Print Screen' key on your keyboard (see below). It may be labelled [Prt Scr].

Once you have taken the screenshot you can then paste it directly into an email or a word document.
